Run Process

The Run Process option in Process Builder allows the administrator or app Designer to quickly start a current process instance. The intended use case is to verify the process before publishing the App.
 

When the administrator or app Designer has finished building the process, you can click the Run Process button, as shown below. 

You can use the Run Process feature without publishing the process.

Expense Approval Process running

The current running process can also be checked under Monitoring Apps > Running Processes, as shown below. 

By default, any completed process is immediately archived. To view the completed process, go to Admin Bar > Settings > General Settings and adjust the Process Completion Data Handling.
