Hyperlink Action

Hyperlink Action allows you to add hyperlinks as row or bulk actions to your records. This functionality can be used to create links to other pages, forms, or external websites directly from your list.

Configure link

Select Hyperlink from the Action menu in the lateral menu to add the element Hyperlink. 

When adding Hyperlink, you will see the following properties from the element available for configuration:

• Hyperlink: The URL to link to.
• Hyperlink Target:
  • Current Window
  • New Window
  • Popup Dialog
  • Top Window
  • Parent Frame
  • iFrame
• Hyperlink Parameters: Add parameter values to the defined hyperlink.
  • Parameter Name: The name of the parameter to be set as part of the URL.
  • Column Name: The column name to retrieve value from.
• Label: The label for the link or button. When added to the bulk action placeholder, it will turn into a button.
• Confirmation Message: A confirmation message before performing the action.
• Visible when no record or checkbox?: If checked, the link will be visible when no record or checkbox appears in the list (only applicable in the bulk action placeholder).

Visibility control 

These 2 sections (Visibility Control and Others) are only visible when Hyperlink Action is used in the List Column.

Fields to Configure:

• Rules: Defines when the action should appear based on the specified condition(s).
  Only applicable in the row action placeholder.
  • Join Type: The type of condition to fulfill.
  • Field: The form field ID.
  • Operator:
    Available operator types include:
    • Equal
    • Not Equal
    • Greater Than
    • Greater Than Or Equal
    • Less Than
    • Less Than Or Equal
    • Like
    • Not Like
    • In
    • Not In
    • Is True
    • Is False
    • Is Empty
    • Is Not Empty
    • Regex
    • Not Regex
  • Value: Shows the action when the form field matches the condition.
