Platform Entity Data Store

The Platform Entity Data Store in Joget provides access to a wide range of entities at the platform and system levels. This feature allows users to retrieve datasets from various entities, facilitating comprehensive data management and integration.

Configure platform entity data store

To set up an external directory, go to Data, then select Data Store. 

Fields to Configure:

• Select Source of Data (Data Store): Choose Platform Entity Data Store.

Select the entity from which you want to retrieve the dataset. If you choose an entity related to an app (e.g., Datalist Definition), an additional option will appear:

• Only retrieve from current App version?: This option allows you to return data related only to the current app version on which the datalist is built.
