Preset Form Data Tool

The Preset Form Data Tool initializes the data set in a form. It is beneficial during the initial setup of a new application.

Configure preset form data

To configure Preset Form Data, drag and drop the Tool element onto the canvas in Process Builder,  click on it, and select Mapping.

When adding Preset Form Data in the field Tools, you will see the following fields available for configuration:

• Form: The target form where the data will be inserted.
• Fields: The target fields in the same order as the CSV data.

Data 

Proper configuration of this field ensures that the correct data is populated in the designated form fields.

Field to configure:

• Data: The data to be inserted into the form in CSV format.
  • Separate field data with a comma (,).
  • Separate new records with a new line as a separator (Enter).
