Joget on AWS Marketplace

Joget can be launched from the AWS marketplace if you have an Amazon AWS account. All the available images come with Joget DX 8 Enterprise Edition and 10-user licenses, and if you wish to increase your user license, you may purchase it from AWS Marketplace.

Launching Joget on AWS marketplace

Follow the steps below to launch Joget from AWS Marketplace.

  1. Access AWS Marketplace and choose the option that suits your OS.
  2. Once you launch the instance and the status checks of that instance in the AWS console are OK,  access Joget via your browser using the following URL http://{public_ip}:8080/jw . Ensure the Security Group attached to your instance accepts TCP port 8080 inbound traffic
  3. Use the default Joget administrator login.
    • Username: admin
    • Password: It is the EC2 instance ID. You can get it by logging in to your AWS console and selecting the Joget EC2 instance you launched from AWS Marketplace.
      Once logged in, it is recommended to change your admin password immediately.

Joget AMI in AWS Marketplace comes with MariaDB as the database server. Below is a list of credentials for the database based on your OS platform:

Amazon Linux 2 / Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 The default root password for MariaDB is not set.

An additional database user was created for Joget:

  • Username: joget
  • Password: joget
Ubuntu Server 22.04 LTS The default root password for MariaDB is: "root"

An additional database user was created for Joget:

  • Username: joget
  • Password: joget
Microsoft Windows Server 2022 The default root password for MariaDB is not set. No Joget account is set
