Paging

Introduction

The Paging element displays the current page number within the report, typically used in the repeated footer canvas section.

How to use it

To use the Paging Report Element:

1. In your report designer, find the Paging element in the palette.
2. Drag and drop it onto the report canvas where you need the space.

Configure Paging properties

Once the Paging element is added, you can configure its properties.

Fields to configure:

• Syntax: Select the desired page numbering format.
  
  • {CURRENT_PAGE}
  • {CURRENT_PAGE}/{PAGE_NUMBER}
  • {CURRENT_PAGE} of {PAGE_NUMBER}
  • Page {CURRENT_PAGE} of {PAGE_NUMBER}
  • Other
• Format: 

  When Syntax is set to Other, this option will appear.

  Available syntax:

  • {CURRENT_PAGE}
  • {PAGE_NUMBER}
• Size: Set the text size for the page number.
  
  Example
  30px
• Alignment: Align the page number.
  
  • Left
  • Center
  • Right
• Color: Paging text color. Choose the color through the color picker.
