Theme Builder

Theme Builder is a new tool for Joget DX 9 that allows users to customize designs to meet the diverse UI requirements of businesses or brands. It is used to create custom themes on top of the base theme, enabling customers to easily modify the look and feel of their applications.

Prerequisite

• Joget DX 9 Enterprise edition

How to use

1. In the App Composer, click Add New under Theme Builder.
2. Configure the Theme Properties and click Save.

Components

The Theme Builder is divided into two sections: Global and Component.

Global Section

This section is used to adjust the overall look and feel of the app UI, including menu layout, colors, sizing, and styling. The global section configuration is based on a theme currently named the Builder Theme.

Component Section

This section is used to configure different UI components, allowing for detailed customization. Below is the list of 16 components with their component variables:

Settings

Theme Properties:

• Theme ID: Assign an ID to the theme.
• Theme Name: Assign a name to the theme.
• UI: Select a preexisting theme template from the drop-down list.
• Description: Provide a description to the theme.
