Defining SLA Indicators
Introduction
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are crucial for managing and tracking the performance of your processes. In Joget, SLA indicators help you visually monitor the status of tasks in relation to their deadlines. This guide will explain how to define and customize SLA indicators to suit your needs.
How does it work?
In Joget, SLA indicators are color-coded to represent different stages of SLA compliance:
- Green
- Yellow
- Red
The table below illustrates how these indicators are calculated:
SLA Status | Indicator Color |
---|---|
More than 80% | Green |
Between 50% to 80% | Yellow |
Less than or equal 50% | Red |
You can customize SLA indicator levels to better fit your requirements. To do this:
- Go to System Settings > General Settings.
- Locate the section System Administration Settings.
- Adjust the percentage thresholds and corresponding colors as needed.
Expected outcome
By configuring SLA indicators, you gain a clear visual representation of how tasks are progressing in relation to their deadlines. Customizing these indicators ensures they align with your specific SLA requirements, enhancing process management and performance tracking.
